【摘要】 目的观察加味三黄汤冷冻液对鼻咽癌放射治疗野颈部皮肤损伤治疗效果。方法 63例鼻咽癌放射治疗野颈部皮肤损伤Ⅱ度患者随机分成两组,治疗组31例,接受加味三黄汤冷冻液治疗,对照组32例,接受重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗,结果治疗组和对照组重度疼痛发生率分别为61.29%和90.63%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.04);治疗组和对照组重度皮肤损伤发生率分别为35.48%和68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.04);两组疗效差异无统计学意义(96.77%比.93.75%,P=0.10)。结论加味三黄汤冷冻液对鼻咽癌放射治疗野颈部皮肤损伤具有一定治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of jiaweisanhuangtang in treating radiation-induced cervical skin injury of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients.Methods 61 patients undergoing radiotherapy were randomized into 2 groups:31 in the treatment group,received jiaweisanhuangtang application.32 in the control group,received epidermal growth factor.Results A severe radiation pain reaction(grade- Ⅱ and Ⅲ)occurred as follows:61.29%(19/31 cases)in the treatment group and 90.63%(29/32 cases)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.04).A severe degree of skin damage(Ⅱ-IO and IVO) developed in 35.48%(11/31 cases)in the treatment group,and 68.75%(22/32 cases)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.03).The efficacy of two groups did not differ significantly(96.77%vs.93.75%.P=0.10).Conclusin Jiaweisanhuangtang can effectively reduce acute radiation-induced cervical skin injury.更多还原
