非圆齿轮传动的设计与运动仿真
Design and Motion Simulation of Non-circular Gear
【摘要】 根据非圆齿轮传动特点与当前研究,介绍了非圆齿轮传动设计的一般方法,并指出设计非圆齿轮的参数和各参数之间的关系及参数的确定方法。设计了一非圆齿轮副,确定出非圆齿轮的相关参数和节曲线。根据目前采用非圆齿轮节曲线纯滚动理论得出的非圆齿轮齿廓曲线的数学模型,运用Matlab编程得出非圆齿轮的齿廓形状,导入Pro/E软件完成了非圆齿轮的三维建模,并进行了非圆齿轮副的运动仿真,分析了仿真结果。
【Abstract】 A general process for the design of non-circular gear was introduced according to the charac-teristics and the current research of the non-circular gear, and the design parameters of non-circulargear and the relationship among the parameters and the methods to determine the parameters were giv-en. A pair of non-circular gears were designed,the parameters and the pitch curves of the non-circulargears were determined. According to the tooth profile mathematical model of non-circular gear obtainedusing pure rolling theory of non-circular gear, the tooth profile of non-circular gear was designed byMatlab programming. The three-dimensional models of non-circular gear were completed and the mo-tion simulation of non-circular gear pairs was carried out by Pro / E software, then the simulation re-sults were analyzed.
