【Abstract】 The effect of Moiré fringe density on the fringe pattern noise and the phase aliasing was ana-lyzed. A method of adjusting the Moiré fringe density was proposed to decrease the noise of the fringepattern and wrapped phase map, and avoid the phase aliasing caused by the denser fringes. The measur-ing results verify that the method can obtain reliable measurement data, and has preferable measure-ment precision.更多还原
