【摘要】 全球气候变暖趋势的加强引致北极航线开通可期。作为北极航线延长线上的航运大国,中国将因为北极航线的全线通航而备受影响。综合考量影响的时间趋势性、区域递推性和内容深化性,结合梯度理论,提出了北极航线对中国4个梯度、12个层次影响的划分,分析了其从战略安全、港口运输、产业经济、文化生活角度给中国带来的机遇与挑战。结合当前形势,确定中国现阶段受影响梯度,提出相关策略,为将来充分利用北极航线做好准备。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intensifying global warming has made it possible to expect the openup of the Arctic route. As a big shipping power along the Arctic route extension, China will be highly influenced by the open-up of the Arctic route. This paper has taken into comprehensive consideration of the time trend, regional recurrence and content deepening of such influence, by referring to the gradient theory, and pointed out the four-gradient and twelve-level influence of the Arctic route on China, in addition to analyzing the opportunities and challenges it has brought on China from the perspective of strategic security, port transportation, industrial economy, and cultural life. The paper has also recommended that emphasis be given to identifying the current gradient of influence China is under, while taking into consideration of the current situation, and developing related policies to get ready to capitalize on the Arctic route in the future.更多还原
