用于SLS的表面Tg可控PS球形颗粒的制备
The Preparation of Polystyrene Microspheres with Controllable Surface Glass Transition Temperature for Selective Laser Sintering
【摘要】 以外形不规则的聚苯乙烯粉末颗粒为原料,通过诱导成球法制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)微球。其粒径16.5μm,可供选择性激光烧结使用。再以上述聚苯乙烯(PS)微球为原料,通过丙烯酸乙酯与微球中残存的苯乙烯共聚,得到表面玻璃化温度(Tg)可控的聚苯乙烯微球。实验结果表明,以质量分数0.08%的过硫酸铵为引发剂,反应温度80℃,丙烯酸乙酯与苯乙烯体积比9:10,当共聚反应时间为3 h时,产物的玻璃化温度可降至最低值74.8℃。
【Abstract】 With irregular shape of the polystyrene powder particles as raw material, Polystyrene(PS) microsphere was prepared by induced balling method. The particle(size of 16.5 μm)can be available to the selective laser sintering. And then, using the polystyrene(PS) microspheres as raw material, and copolymerizing ethyl acrylate and residual styrene of microspheres, we can get the surface of the glass transition temperature controlled polystyrene microspheres. The experimental results showed that, the glass transition temperature of the product can be dropped to the lowest 74.8 in the condition of ammonium persulfate(the mass fraction ℃0.08%)as initiator, reaction temperature 80℃,volume ratio of ethyl acrylate and styrene 9:10, copolymerization reaction time is 3 h.
