【摘要】 目的:观察用固本解毒汤内服联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗结直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法:将2012年7月—2014年10月本院诊治的结直肠癌患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组患者各46例。对照组患者给予化疗联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用固本解毒汤治疗,日1剂。两组均连续治疗2个月。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后相关指标变化情况。结果:患者经治疗后乏力、腹痛、胃脘痞闷、大便黏液脓血、口干等主要临床症状较治疗前改善明显,证候积分有所降低,观察组的变化情况较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后肠屏障功能相关指标水平较治疗前明显降低,以观察组的降低程度更为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在化疗的基础上联合固本解毒汤和双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊能有效改善患者的临床症状,减轻内毒素血症,降低肠黏膜的通透性,保护肠屏障功能,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Constitution-Consolidating and Toxin-Eliminating Decoction combined with Bifid-triple Viable Capsule on colorectal cancer( CRC). Methods: 92 cases with CRC receive by this hospital from July of 2012 to October of 2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group. Control group were performed chemotherapy combined with Bifid-triple Viable Capsule for the treatment while observation group were added with Constitution-Consolidating and Toxin-Eliminating Decoction,one dose every day and for 2 months’ continuous treatment for both groups. The clinical effects and the changes of relevant indexes in the two groups were observed. Results: After the treatment,the clinical symptoms of fatigue,abdominal pain,epigastral distention and stuffiness,sticky pus-blood stools and dry mouth improved markedly compared with before treatment,and the symptom scores declined. The changes in observation group were greater than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The levels of relevant indexes like intestinal barrier function declined obviously,and the decline in observation group was much more obvious; the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Based on chemotherapy,Constitution-Consolidating and Toxin-Eliminating Decoction combined with Bifid-triple Viable Capsule can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the endoxemia,reduce the permeability of intestinal mucosa and protect the barrier function of the intestine.更多还原
