【摘要】 目的:观察小青龙汤加味治疗外寒内饮型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加服小青龙汤加味。结果:观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后主要症状和体征积分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后Pa O2和Pa CO2比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤治疗外寒内饮型急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著,可显著改善喘息、咯痰、纳呆、胸痛、哮鸣等临床症状,减少缺氧及二氧化碳潴留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) with syndrome of external cold and internal retention during acute stage of attack. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.
