【摘要】 目的:观察清热抗毒煎剂治疗普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取115例手足口患儿,随机分为对照组60例和治疗组55例,治疗组给予清热抗毒煎剂治疗,对照组给予抗病毒药利巴韦林进行治疗。结果:两组有效率均为100%,在体温复常和疹退指标方面二者无显著差异(P>0.05);在心肌酶指标CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热抗毒煎剂治疗手足口病普通型有明显的退热、促进疱疹和皮疹消退、保护心肌等综合效应,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Expelling Toxin by Cooling( DETC) on common hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 55 and 60 cases in each group respectively. The clinical curative effect of DETC on common hand-foot-mouth disease was studied by using contrast research method. The ones in the treatment group were given DETC for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were given ribavirin for attacking virus. Results: The effective rates of the two groups were both 100%. In terms of temperature recovery and rash disappearance index,there were no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05) In terms of. CK,CK-MB,LDH and HBDH of myocardial enzymes,the treatment group was much better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: DETC has remarkable clinical curative effect on common hand-foot-mouth disease,can effectively remove fever,fasten disappearance of herpes,and protect myocardial,etc.更多还原
