【摘要】 目的:观察小儿咳喘糖浆治疗呼吸道感染所致咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给在对照组的基础上给予小儿咳喘糖浆口服。结果:对照组有效率为91.3%,治疗组有效率为98.3%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳喘糖浆治疗呼吸道感染所致的咳嗽疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Kechuan Syrup on cough due to respiratory infection. Methods: 120 cases were randomized into control group(60 cases) given conventional treatment and treatment group(60 cases) additionally orally given Xiaoer Kechuan Syrup. Results: The effective rate was 85% in control group and 96% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05) and there was no obvious adverse reaction.
