【摘要】 目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合格拉司琼在减轻化疗所致胃肠道反应中的治疗效果。方法:将90例有胃肠道反应的肿瘤化疗患者随机分为两组各45例,治疗组采用半夏泻心汤联合格拉司琼治疗,对照组单纯采用格拉司琼治疗。比较两组患者化疗后第3天胃脘胀满、恶心呕吐、食欲不振的变化情况。结果:治疗组化疗结束后第3天胃脘胀满、恶心呕吐、食欲不振总有效率分别为95.56%、97.78%、93.33%,明显高于对照组的48.89%、73.33%、44.44%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合格拉司琼对减轻化疗所致胃肠道反应有显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with granisetron in the alleviation of chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions. Methods: A total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal reactions induced by tumor chemotherapy were randomly and equally divided into treatment group given Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with granisetron and control group given granisetron alone. Changes in stomach bloating,vomiting,and loss of appetite three days post chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.
