【摘要】 目的:观察中医体质调养对高血压病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将186例高血压病患者随机分为2组,对照组90例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组96例在对照组治疗的基础上运用辨体调养,两组均以28d为1个疗程,测定两组治疗前及治疗3个疗程后血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平。结果:两组治疗前各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组ET-1、NO、AngⅡ水平均优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医体质调养联合西药治疗能有效改善高血压病患者血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of caring constitution with Chinese medicine on vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 186 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group( n = 90) and treatment group( n = 96). The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was treated by caring constitution with Chinese medicine in addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment. Both groups received three courses of treatment( 28 d per course). The levels of endothelin-1( ET-1),nitric oxide( NO),and angiotensin Ⅱ( Ang Ⅱ) of the two groups before and after treatment were measured. Results: There were no significant differences in all indices between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the treatment group showed significant improvements in levels of ET-1,NO,and Ang Ⅱ( P < 0. 01),and was superior to the control group in the above indices( P < 0. 01).
