【摘要】 目的:建立调脂降压胶囊中三七的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Sepax Bio-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0m L/min。结果:三七皂苷R1在0.240~2.400μg、人参皂苷Rg1在0.784~7.840μg、人参皂苷Rb1在0.792~7.920μg范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.55%、98.72%、98.29%,RSD分别为1.88%、1.90%、1.29%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于调脂降压胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of Radix Notoginseng in lipid- regulating and antihypertensive capsules. Methods: High- performance liquid chromatography was performed on a Sepax Bio- C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile- water for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 203 nm,a column temperature of 35℃,and a flow rate of 1. 0m L / min.
