【摘要】 目的:观察三黄洗剂对湿疹的疗效及对患者血清白介素17(IL-17)、白介素23(IL-23)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)的影响。方法:将60例湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用三黄洗剂熏洗治疗,对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片治疗。两组均以30d为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后,EASI与瘙痒程度评分均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清IL-17、IL-23、TGF-β指标均较治疗前有所下降,且下降程度治疗组优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄洗剂治疗湿疹的临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Sanhuang lotion in t he treatment of eczema and its effects on serum levels of interleukin- 17( IL- 17),interleukin- 23( IL- 23),and transforming growth factor- β( TGF- β)among patients with eczema. Methods: Sixty patients with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group( n =30) and control group( n = 30). The treatment group received fumigation- washing therapy with Sanhuang lotion,while the control group was orally given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The course of treatment was 30 d for both groups. The efficacy was statistically analyzed after treatment. Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group( 93. 3% vs 70. 0%,P < 0. 01). Both groups showed significant decreases in Eczema Area and Severity Index and pruritus score after treatment( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group had a significantly higher decrease than the control group( P < 0. 05). Both groups showed significant decreases in serum levels of IL- 17,IL- 23,and TGF- β after treatment( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group had a significantly higher decrease than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Sanhuang lotion has satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of eczema.更多还原
