目的:观察补益肺肾、凉血清肝法治疗缓解期哮喘的临床疗效。方法:60例缓解期哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予自拟方并随症加减,对照组给予沙美特罗氟替卡松混粉吸入剂(舒利迭),早晚各1吸。治疗时间为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分、第1秒钟用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)(FEV1%)、Ig E。结果:治疗组有效率90.00%,对照组有效率83.33%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后患者乏力、口干、虚烦、易感冒等症状改善显著,优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后FEV1%改善无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后Ig E改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补益肺肾、凉血清肝法治疗缓解期哮喘疗效较好,能改善肺功能,显著降低血清Ig E水平。
