【摘要】 目的:观察穴位经皮给药对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者肺功能的影响。方法:117例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组59例和治疗组58例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予穴位经皮给药治疗。2周后比较两组疗效及肺功能情况。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前均有不同程度下降,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各肺功能指标均较治疗前有不同程度改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后显效54例(93.10%),对照组47例(79.66%),治疗组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率(98.28%)与对照组(92.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位经皮给药治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of point application on pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack period. Methods: The patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack period in our hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March were divided into two groups,and the control group of 59 cases received conventional drug treatment while the treatment group of 58 cases on the basis of conventional drug treatment underwent point application,and compared the curative effect and pulmonary function after two weeks. Results: The TCM syndromes scores of two groups after treatment had decline in different degree,and the degree in treatment group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The indexes of pulmonary function in two groups after treatment had improvement in different degrees,and the degree in treatment group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).
