【摘要】 企业办学为校企文化耦合搭建了基础平台,同时也为学院打上了行业及企业烙印,如何在同企业密切联姻的状态下保持自我的主体性,体现出高职文化的特有性,以实现校企无缝对接,达到互惠共赢;通过对相关研究现状与背景进行分析,指出了通过校企耦合实现共赢的可能,提出了可通过三个层面的耦合途径,实现人才培养目标,体现学校育人的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enterprise-run school provides a fundamental platform for the coupling of collegeenterprise culture and attaches a mark of industry and enterprise to a college.Based on the close relations to the enterprise,the vocational college should keep its own subjectivity and embody the culture’s characteristics to realize the seamless joint and co-win between the enterprise and the college.On the analysis of the relevant research and background,the paper is to point out the co-win’s possibilities via college-enterprise coupling and put forward to the three levels of coupling ways to implement the goals of talents’ cultivation and reflect the values of students’ education.更多还原
