【摘要】 目的:探讨中医特色的家庭护理对出院后脑卒中恢复期患者康复效果的影响。方法:将120例脑卒中患者,按入院时间顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。两组患者在出院后均进行常规的康复和药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上由专业培训的护理人员入户给患者及家属进行中医特色的康复护理指导。采用Barthel指数、QOL-SS量表进行评定。结果:治疗组干预后9个月末QOL-SS总评分为(121.59±24.77)分,对照组为(93.82±27.21)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的均值趋势显示:治疗组一直呈上升趋势,上升到一定程度时则不再上升,对照组则是上升到一定程度时不再上升,反而呈下降趋势。结论:中医特色的综合护理改善了脑卒中患者的生活质量,提高了康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of Chinese Medicine characteristics home care on rehabilitation after dis-charge of patients recovering from stroke. Methods: The 120 cases of stroke patients,were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups according to the chronological order of admission, 60 cases in each. Patients were discharged from hospital after routine rehabilitation and drug treatment in two groups, and patients in treatment group were given Chinese Medicine character-istics home care by specially trained nurses to patients and their families. The Barthel index and QOL-SS scale to evaluate the effect. Results:The QOL-SS scale was(121.59±24.77) in treatment group and(93.82±27.21) in control group, at the end of the9 th month, and the difference between the two groups was statistical significant(P<0.05). Mean trends indicated that two groups of patients in the intervention group showed an upward trend, rising to a certain extent it is no longer rising. However, the con-trol group is up to a certain extent, it is no longer rising,but declined. Conclusion: Comprehensive Chinese Medicine characteristics care can improve the quality of life and rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.更多还原
