【摘要】 目的:观察温阳利水法联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的62例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均接受常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上,给予温阳利水中药汤剂口服。经治疗后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状体征改善情况,并根据相关评估标准进行疗效评估。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.3%,显著高于对照组的71.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BNP指标和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量积分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组BNP指标和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LVEF指标均出现显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LVEF指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳利水法联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyanglishui methods( 温阳利水法) combined with Western Medicine on chronic heart failure identified as Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency. Methods: The 62 cases of patients with chronic heart failure identified as Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The patients in two groups were treated with routine western medicine; on this basis, the patients in treatment group were given Wenyanglishui Methods decoction. After treatment, the changes on clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated according to the relevant evaluation criteria. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.0%)( P<0.05); After treatment, the BNP index and life quality of Minnesota integral of the two groups were significantly reduced( P <0.05); The BNP index and life quality of Minnesota integral of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); The LVEF indexes in the two groups after treatment were significantly increased( P<0.05), and the LVEF indexes of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05).
