【摘要】 目的:观察壮医经筋疗法采用三经筋分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者采用壮医三经筋分型分别分为:足太阳经筋型、足少阳经筋型、足阳明经筋型,然后采用壮医经筋疗法(经筋推拿+经筋针刺+拨火罐形成的三联疗法),并观察各经筋分型的临床疗效。结果:足太阳经筋组总有效率为92.7%,足少阳经筋组为88.9%,足阳明经筋组为64.3%。结论:壮医经筋疗法采用三经筋分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Three Tendons Zhuang Medicine on lumbar disc herniation. Meth-ods: The 105 cases were treated with Zhuang Medicine three tendons typing, Urinary Bladder Muscle Channel( 足太阳经筋型),Gall Bladder Muscle Channel(足少阳经筋型) and Stomach Muscle Channel(足阳明经筋型); Then the patients were treated with Zhuang Medicine therapy(Tendons massage +Tendons acupuncture +Dial cupping); The clinical efficacy of various tendons typing were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 92.7% in Urinary Bladder Muscle Channel group, 87.6% in Gall Bladder Muscle Channel, and 64.3% in Stomach Muscle Channel. Conclusion: The Zhuang Medicine tendons therapy can provide good clinical efficacy for lumbar disc herniation with three tendons typing treatment.更多还原
