【摘要】 目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法:将58例肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)与对照组(n=28),对照组患者接受化疗,治疗组患者在化疗的基础上联合应用鸦胆子油乳注射液,两组均以21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后,观察临床疗效、不良反应发生情况和生存质量Kamofsky评分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为57.1%,对照组总有效率为30.0%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞计数减少发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌能提高近期疗效并减轻化疗副作用,可改善肺癌患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate efficacy and adverse reactions of javanica oil emulsion injection combined with radiotherapy on lung cancer. Methods: The 58 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(n =30) and control group(n =28); patients were treated with radiation therapy in control group, and javanica oil emulsion injection plus radiation therapy in treatment group. The treatment course was two 2 cycles, and 21 d for 1 cycles; after a treatment course of treatment, the clinical effect, adverse events and quality of life Kamofsky score changes were observed. Results: The total effective rate was57.1% in treatment group and 30.0% in control group, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). The treatment group showed lower rate of decrease in white blood cell count less than the control group(P<0.05), and the improvement in life quality of treatment group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Javanica oil emulsion injection combined with radiotherapy for lung cancer can improve the shortterm efficacy, reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.更多还原
