人工虫草多糖对阿霉素大鼠肾脏保护作用的实验观察

【摘要】 目的:观察人工虫草多糖对阿霉素模型大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠尾静脉注射阿霉素,建立肾病综合征模型,分为模型组、激素组、人工虫草多糖组及正常对照组。连续药物灌胃21 d后,取肾组织观察病理学改变及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白免疫组化。结果:与模型组比较,各药物组肾小球病理损伤减轻(P<0.01);人工虫草多糖组可减少Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的沉积(P<0.01),且较强的松组减少更明显(P<0.05)。结论:人工虫草多糖能显著降低阿霉素大鼠的肾脏病理损伤,通过延缓肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化的进展过程,对肾病综合征起到治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protect effects of cordyceps polysaccharide on the renal of rat model induced by adriamycin. Methods: Rat models of nephritic syndrome were established by tail intravenous of adriamycin; Model rats were randomly divided into model group, glucocorticoid group, cordyceps polysaccharide group and control group. Intragastric administra-tion was performed continually for 21 days. All rats were sacrificed to detect morphology of renal histology, Immunohistochemical localization of collagen I and collagen Ⅲ. Results: Compared with the model group,the drug group glomerular injury reduced in experiment group(P<0.01); Cordyceps polysaccharide is effective in inhibited the proliferation of mesangial matrix and mesangial cell and reduced the deposition of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ(P<0.01), which was more obvious than the glucocorticoid group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cordyceps polysaccharide can relieve the lesion of kidney owing to the pathologic agents, fundamentally inhibit the ECM accumulation of ADR rats and slow the processes of glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis.
