【摘要】 目的:优选复方山苓祛斑凝胶剂处方药材的水提工艺。方法:以处方药材中总多糖提取率为考察指标,采用4因素3水平的正交试验设计方法对试验设计参数进行优选。结果:优选提取工艺为:溶剂量为药材量的10倍,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优化后的提取工艺合理可行,符合生产实际,可为生产提供一定的实验数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of compound Shanling gel( 复方山苓祛斑凝胶剂). Methods: Using the total content of polysaccharides as the index,the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test of L9(34). Results: The best extraction conditions were as follows: the material/liquid ratio was 1∶10 with water as the extraction solvent, extracting third times with 1h each. Conclusion: The extraction method is appropriate and simple, and can provide theoretical basis for the production.更多还原
