某白钨萤石矿选矿试验研究

【摘要】 甘肃某白钨萤石矿含WO30.74%、含CaF255.58%,钨主要赋存于白钨矿中,分布率为90.54%,萤石是矿石中含量最高的矿物,也是选矿回收的目的矿物,具有较高的回收价值。根据矿石性质,进行了一系列条件试验研究,确定采用先回收钨矿物再浮选回收萤石的原则流程对矿石中的白钨和萤石进行回收,闭路试验获得的钨精矿中含WO360.11%,WO3回收率78.79%;萤石精矿中含CaF290.69%,CaF2回收率89.35%。

【Abstract】 The sheelite-fluorite ore in Gansu contains WO30. 74% and CaF2 55. 58%,tungsten mainly exists in sheelite,and the distribution rate is 90. 54%,the content of fluorite is highest in the ore. Fluorite,which has the high recovery value,is the main recycling mineral. Based on the properties of the ore,a series of conditional tests have been carried out,the flowsheet of firstly tungsten flotation and sequential fluorite flotation was proposed,the closedcircuit test was conducted. The results show that the WO3 concentrates grading 60. 11% WO3,at the recovery of78. 79% WO3,while the fluorite concentrate was produced with the grade of 90. 69% CaF2 and the recovery of 89. 35% CaF2.
