【摘要】 目的 :不同疗法对创伤骨科患者骨折愈合及疼痛发生情况的影响。方法 :选取216例创伤骨科患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法分为三组:保守治疗组66例、外固定组72例和内固定组78例,比较3组患者的骨痂形成时间,骨折愈合时间以及疼痛发生率及时间。结果 :保守治疗组1个月内愈合比例为16.7%低于内固定组的30.8%;平均愈合时间方面,保守治疗组为(101±12.5)天、外固定组为(93±16.3)天、内固定组为(89±19.6)天;内固定组1个月内疼痛发生率最低,为51.3%,发生最高的组为保守治疗组68.2%;平均疼痛消失时间,保守治疗组为(57.2±18.5)天,外固定组为(57.2±18.5)天,内固定组为(40.6±11.0)天。结论 :交锁髓内固定法术后骨折愈合时间短,疼痛发生率低,对于创伤骨科患者其临床疗效均较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for clinical treatment via comparing conservative treatment,the external fixation bracket and interlocking intramedullary fixation treatment on fracture healing and pain in orthopaedic trauma patients.Methods 216 cases of traumatic orthopedic patients were selected as the research objects.They were divided into three groups according to different treatments: conservative treatment group(66 cases),external fixation group(78 cases) and internal fixation group(72 cases).Bone callus formation time,fracture healing time and the incidence of pain and time of patients in three groups were compared.Results Healing proportion in a month in conservative treatment group was 16.7%,and in internal fixation group was 30.8%.The difference was statistically significant by the chi-square test.The average healing time in conservative treatment group,external fixation group and internal fixation group were(101±12.5) days,(93±16.3) days and(89±19.6) days,respectively.The lowest incidence of pain in a month was in internal fixation group(51.3%) and the highest was in conservative treatment group(68.2%).The difference was statistically significant by the chi-square test.The average pain disappear time in conservative treatment group,external fixation group and internal fixation group were(57.2±18.5) days,(57.2±18.5) days and(40.6±11.0) days,respectively.The difference was statistically significant by the analysis of variance.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary fixation has short fracture healing time and low incidence of pain.It has good clinical curative effect in orthopaedic trauma patients.更多还原
