【摘要】 目的 :探讨冠心病患者的血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)与血尿酸(BUA)的临床特点。方法 :将171例进行冠脉造影检查的住院患者分为两组,即冠心病组和非冠心病组。比较两组患者的血浆NT-pro BNP对数值与BUA。由ROC曲线得到血浆NT-pro BNP诊断冠心病的最佳诊断界值。结果 :冠心病组患者的平均BUA水平明显高于非冠心病组。女性冠心病组患者的平均BUA水平明显高于女性非冠心病组。血浆NT-pro BNP诊断冠心病的曲线下面积为0.511(95%CI:0.421~0.600),最佳界值为121.4pg/m L。结论 :冠心病患者的BUA水平多高于非冠心病患者;且在女性患者中表现得更为明显。血浆NT-pro BNP对冠心病患者的诊断有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of NT-pro BNP and blood uric acid level of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 171 patients of coronary angiography were divided into the CHD group and non CHD group. Comparing Log(NT-pro BNP) and uric acid of the two groups. The optimal diagnostic cut-off value of NT-pro BNP in patients with coronary heart disease by ROC curve was figured. Results The average serum uric acid level in patients with CHD group was significantly higher than that in non CHD group. The average serum uric acid level in female patients with CHD was significantly higher than that in female patients with non CHD group. The Plasma NT-pro BNP diagnosis AUC of coronary heart disease was 0.511(95%CI: 0.421 to 0.600); the optimal diagnostic cut-off value was 121.4pg/m L. Conclusions The blood uric acid level of CHD patients was significantly higher than that in non CHD patients. It was more evident in female patients. Plasma NT-pro BNP has a certain diagnostic value in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
