【摘要】 2011年10月至2014年7月共有5例行三尖瓣机械瓣置换术后的患者因房室传导阻滞而再行永久性心脏起搏器植入。局麻下采用微创介入方法,将专用左室电极置入后静脉、侧后静脉或心大静脉起搏心室。5例患者均手术成功,术中起搏参数满意。术后患者症状均消失,随访患者生活质量明显提高,起搏器参数理想。对于三尖瓣机械瓣置换术后的患者,经冠状静脉窦植入左室专用电极起搏心室是一种微创、安全的方法,可避免再次开胸手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five patients after prosthetic tricuspid valve, who received pacemaker implantation via coronary sinus during Oct, 2011 and Jul, 2014, were enrolled. Pacemakers were implanted via coronary vein in 5 patients without complications. The stimulation thresholds keep stable and symptoms(such as short breath and fatigue) were disappeared during the follow-up. For patients after tricuspid valve replacement, implantation of pacemaker via coronary sinus provides a safe and invasive approach and avoids opening the chest again.更多还原
