构建具有优良荧光性能的生物功能化碳点的新方法

【摘要】 以乳糖和盐酸为原料,通过超声和细菌辅助反应直接获得新型的生物功能化碳点,并通过透射电子显微镜、傅立叶红外分光光度计以及激光共聚焦显微镜对构建出来的生物功能化碳点进行表征.结果显示:所得粒子表面富含羧基和羟基,这一性质使得生物功能化碳点具有很好的亲水性和生物活性.进一步的实验表明:生物功能化碳点与传统化学方法合成的荧光碳点相比,具有很高的光致发光性和光稳定性,且生物功能化碳点的发光区域在近红外和可见光区,这使其在生物活体成像和生物活体检测上具有非常广阔的应用前景.

【Abstract】 A new type of biofunctionalized-carbon dots( CDs) was fabricated directly from lactose and hydrochloric acid by ultrasonic treatment and bacteria assisted process. The biofunctionalized-CDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,infrared spectrophotometry and laser scanning confocal microscope,respectively.The results showed that the particle surfaces of biofunctionized-carbon dots were rich in hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,giving them high hydrophilicity and bio-activity. Furthermore,the as-prepared CDs also exhibited higher photoluminescent intensity and better light stability comparing with the CDs produced by chemosynthesis. With bright and colorful photoluminescence covering the entire visible-to-near infrared spectral range,these biofunctional-CDs could be widely applied in bio-imaging and bio-detection.
