【摘要】 目的探讨中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的综合治疗方法。方法回顾性分析22例中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的临床回访资料,根据术前影像学表现、手术治疗及放射治疗结果探讨此类疾病的临床特点及治疗效果。结果 22例患者中术前确诊5例,术后1例病情加重自动出院,11例行放射治疗。术后随访均未发现肿瘤复发及转移。结论中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤治疗应以手术切除为首选,术后应常规行放疗,并定期随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system.Methods The clinical review data of 22 cases of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system were analyzed retrospectively.According to the preoperative imaging,surgical treatment and radiation treatment effect,to explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of these diseases.Results Five cases were diagnosed preoperatively in 22 patients,1case was discharged due to severe postoperative performance,and 11 cases accepted routine radiotherapy.All the cases weren’t found tumor recurrence and metastasis in postoperative follow-up.Conclusion Operation is the first selection in the treatment of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system,routine postoperative radiotherapy and regular follow-up should be done.更多还原
