【摘要】 为研究天蚕素抗菌肽对水产动物生长性能的影响,选取2700尾体质量约57g的鲤鱼进行试验,分别设置对照组、试验1组和试验2组。试验组在对照组饲料基础上分别添加100mg/kg和200mg/kg的天蚕素抗菌肽,进行为期30d的试验,观察鲤鱼生长和摄食情况。试验结果发现,与对照组相比,添加天蚕素抗菌肽可显著提高鲤鱼体质量和特定生长率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of cecropins on the growth performance of aquatic animals, 2700 common carp with body weight of about 57 g, were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups(control group, group 1 and group 2).On the basic diet of the control, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg cecropins were added to group 1 and group 2, respec-tively. During 30 d test period, growth and ingestion of common carp were observed. Compared to the control group, the addition of cecropins significantly improved fish weight and specific growth rate of common carp.更多还原
