不同肥水处理对茄子新品种绿玉1号和绿玉2号生长发育、产量及品质的影响

【摘要】 为探索茄子新品种绿玉1号和绿玉2号最佳的肥水管理配套栽培模式,采用3水平有机肥施肥量(300 m3/hm2、150 m3/hm2和75 m3/hm2)和2水平灌水量(7 d和10 d灌水1次)处理,研究了不同肥水处理对茄子生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:绿玉1号茄子在150 m3/hm2施肥量下,结果早期采用10 d灌水1次,结果盛期采用7 d灌水1次,早期产量、总产量、维生素P(Vp)含量和维生素C(Vc)含量均较高。而绿玉2号茄子在300 m3/hm2和7 d灌水1次情况下,早期产量和Vp含量均较高,总产量和Vc含量均最高。从经济角度来说,2个茄子品种采用150 m3/hm2施肥量,结果期采用7 d灌水1次是最经济、环境友好、节水的肥水管理模式。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the best water and fertilizer management cultivation modes of two new eggplant varieties Lüyu No. 1 and No. 2,the influences of different fertilizer and water treatments on the growth,yields and quality of eggplants with three levels of fertilization amount of organic manure( 300 m3/ ha,150 m3/ ha and 75 m3/ ha) and two levels of irrigation( 7 d and 10 d irrigation once). The results showed that for Lüyu No. 1 with 150 m3/ ha fertilizer,10 d irrigation once in the early fruiting stage,7 d irrigation once in fruiting period,the early yields,total yields,Vp content and Vc content were higher. And for Lüyu No. 2 with 300 m3/ ha fertilizer and 7 d irrigation once,the early yield and Vp content were higher,the total yield and Vc content were the highest. From an economic perspective,the two new eggplants varieties with 150 m3/ ha fertilizer,7 d irrigation once in fruiting period,was undoubtedly the most economic,environmental friendly,water-saving fertilizer and irrigation management mode.
