转基因作物安全评价的检测技术
A Review of Detection Technologies for Safety Evaluation of Genetically Modified Crops
【摘要】 转基因作物的生物安全问题已成为全球的关注焦点,世界各国和各国际组织相继制定了相关的法律法规来加强转基因作物的安全管理。转基因作物的安全问题需要对其进行转基因生物安全评价,而转基因作物的检测评价技术是判定转基因作物是否安全的关键。笔者综述了当前转基因作物的主要检测技术和安全评价技术,重点阐述了非目标的组学技术包括转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学,在转基因作物的非预期影响的安全评价中的应用。
【Abstract】 The bio-safety of genetically modified crops has attracted a global attention. Many countries and international organizations have formulated relevant laws and regulations for safety management of the genetically modified crops. For the bio-safety of the genetically modified crops these crops need bio-safety evaluation,and detection and evaluation technologies for the transgenic crops are key to tell whether the genetically modified crops are biologically safe. The main detection technologies for safety evaluation of the genetically modified crops were reviewed,especially the untargeted "omics"technologies such as transcriptomics,proteomics and metabolomics and their use in bio-safety evaluation of unintended effects of the genetically modified crops.
