【摘要】 以中筋小麦扬麦21为材料,研究小麦盛花期后喷施蚯蚓粪浸出液对穗粒结构、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓粪浸出液在穗粒数减少2.1%的情况下,千粒重显著增加15.2%,穗粒重和产量分别提高6.4%和4.3%;籽粒淀粉含量、蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量分别提升1.5%、1.4%和2.3%,水分含量降低12.3%。小麦盛花期使用蚯蚓粪浸出液对改善小麦种性,提高粒重和产量,提升品质非常有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medium gluten wheat cultivar Yangmai 21 was sprayed with vermicompost leach liquor after blooming stage to investigate the effects of vermicompost leach liquor on grain number,yield and quality of wheat.According to the results,vermicompost leach liquor reduced average grain number by 2.1%,significantly increased1 000-grain weight by 15.2%,enhanced grain weight and grain yield by 6.4% and4.3%,improved grain starch content,protein content and wet gluten content by1.5%,1.4% and 2.3%,respectively,and declined moisture content by 12.3%.Applying vermicompost leach liquor after blooming stage is an effective method to improve varietal characteristics,grain weight,yield and quality of wheat.更多还原
