【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the scale, advantages and technological support of Hunan edible mushroom industry, the paper discussed problems existing in the edible mushroom industry, including small industry scale, unreasonable variety structure, lagged processing industry, poor standardized production, and low level of automatic production. Several suggestions were proposed as follows: promoting the technological level of edible mushroom industry, making leading enterprises play the guidance role, implementing brand strategy, developing deep processing techniques, establishing standard system of edible mushroom production, and developing the industry according to local conditions.更多还原
