F26-T菌株对水稻稻曲病生防效果的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Biocontrol Effect against Ustilaginoidea oryzae of F26-T Strain
【摘要】 为开发对水稻稻曲病具高拮抗作用的生防菌剂,试验初步研究了F26-T菌株对水稻稻曲病病菌的室内抑菌、田间防效及叶围定殖效果。结果表明,F26-T菌株对水稻稻曲病菌的平均抑菌带宽为14.5 mm;其发酵滤液原液及5倍稀释液对水稻稻曲病菌有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌效果均优于5%井冈霉素水剂500倍稀释液;田间防病试验结果显示,该菌株孢子悬液原液、5倍稀释液和10倍稀释液对水稻稻曲病的田间防效分别为76.93%、66.23%和53.96%,其中孢子悬液原液对水稻稻曲病的田间防效极显著高于5%井冈霉素水剂500倍稀释液处理;F26-T菌株在水稻叶围接种后第3~6 d就已逐渐适应环境,并进入生长繁殖阶段,接种后第9~15 d,该菌株在水稻叶围的数量保持相对稳定。
【Abstract】 In this paper, antimicrobial activities, control effects in natural condition, colonization ability in rice phyllosphere of F26-T strain were studied, aiming to research and develop effective biocontrol bacteria agent against Ustilaginoidea oryzae. The results indicated that the inhibitory zone width of F26-T strain against Ustilaginoidea oryzae was 14.5mm; the fermentation filtrate and the 5 times diluent of F26-T strain had better inhibition effects than 500 times diluent of 5% solution of validamycin aqueous. The field test showed that the control effects of spore suspension, 5 times diluent and 10 times diluent of F26-T strain were 76.93%,66.23% and 53.96% respectively,among which the control effect of spore suspension reached extremely significant difference, compared with 500 times diluent of 5%solution of validamycin aqueous. The result of colonization of F26-T strains in the phyllosphere of rice showed that F26-T strains adapted the environment gradually from 3 to 6 days after the inoculation, entered the stage of growing and proliferation, and reached relative stable condition in the phyllosphere of rice from 9 to 15 days after the inoculation.
