3种化学诱变剂对不同水稻品种米质性状的影响

【摘要】 以明恢63、R259和湘晚籼13号3个晚稻品种为材料,采用不同浓度的叠氮化钠(Na N)3、甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)、氮甲基亚硝基脲(MNU)进行浸种处理,以糙米率﹑精米率﹑整精米率﹑垩白度﹑长/宽﹑直链淀粉含量﹑蛋白质含量等指标考察化学诱变剂对稻米品质的影响。结果表明,明恢63、R259和湘晚籼13号的稻米品质性状存在较大的品种间差异,化学诱变剂Na N3、MNU和EMS对不同品种稻米品质性状的影响也有明显差异。其中,湘晚籼13号和明恢63用0.05%MNU处理、R259用0.5%EMS处理,对其稻米品质的改良效果最好。

【Abstract】 In the test, in order to study the effect of chemistry mutagen on the quality of grain, Minghui 63, R 259 and Xiang wanxian 13 were treated by three different chemistry mutagens such as the nitrided sodium(Na N3), the methyl sulfonic acid ethyl ester(EMS), the nitrogen methyl nitroso groupurea(MNU) with different concentration. The results indicated that there were great differences of rice quality characters among different rice cultivars of Minghui 63, R259 and xiangwanxian 13. The effects of the three chemical mutagens on the rice quality traits were significantly different, too. Of which Xiangwanxian 13 and Minghui 63 disposed by 0.05% MNU, and R259 treated by 0.5% EMS had favorable quality.
