12个核桃品种低温半致死温度与抗寒性的关系
Relationship between LT50 and Cold Resistance of 12 Walnut Varieties
【摘要】 以云南省12个核桃品种1年生幼苗叶片为研究对象,测定其人工低温胁迫下的相对电导率,并结合Logistic方程计算半致死温度,从而对不同品种的抗寒性进行评价。结果表明,随着胁迫温度的降低,叶片相对电导率均呈"S"型上升趋势,不同品种半致死温度在-6.89~-16.37℃。12个核桃品种抗寒性由强到弱排序依次为:强特勒>丽53号>哈特利>云新高原>云新306>云新云林>云新301>铁核桃>维2号>三台>漾濞泡核桃>自元。这一结果与多年田间观测结果一致,说明半致死温度(LT50)可作为评价核桃抗寒性的一个可靠指标。
【Abstract】 Taking seedlings of 12 walnut cultivars in Yunnan Province as objects, assessment on their cold tolerance was conducted through analyzing the relative electric conductivity in the leaves and Logistic equation under artificial low temperature stress. The results showed that with the decrease of stress temperature, the relative electric conductivity tended to rise as an " S" curve. The semi lethal temperatures of the walnut in vitro(LT50) were between-6.89℃ to-16.37℃. The cold resistance of 12 varieties of walnut from strong to weak was as follows: Chandler>Li 53>Hartley>Yun xin gao yuan>Yun xin 306>Yun xin yun lin>Yun xin 301>Tie he tao>Wei2>San tai>Yangbi pao he tao>Zi yuan. The result is consistent with many years of field observation results, shows that the semi lethal temperature(LT50) can be used as a reliable indicator to evaluate the cold resistance of walnut.
