【摘要】 目的调查新疆民兵在维持新疆社会稳定(维稳)期间自我效能感与觉察压力、社会支持的关系,为维稳民兵的心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取新疆维稳民兵832名,采用觉察压力量表、领悟社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表进行统计分析。结果 1自我效能感与家庭内支持、家庭外支持、年龄、管理态度、服役时间呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01),与职别、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。2影响自我效能感因素是家庭内支持、管理态度、服役时间、父亲文化程度、职别。3预测感对自我效能具有直接效应(值为0.11);家庭内支持在超载感与自我效能间的中介效应值为0.0255,占总效应值(0.1055)24.2%。结论影响民兵觉察压力的因素中,家庭内支持影响更为明显;家庭内支持在超载感与自我效能间具有部分中介作用,在控制感与自我效能间具有完全中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the relationship among self-efficacy,perceived stress,social support in militiamen during the period of maintaining social stability,to provide theoretical evidence for stability militia psychological intervention.Methods 832 militiamen were investigated as cluster sampling with perceived stress scale,perceived social support scale(SPSS)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)to data statistical analysis.Results 1There was significant positive correlation among self-efficacy and support in the family,family support,age,management attitude,the service time(P<0.05 or 0.01);and there was significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and job title(P<0.05 or 0.01),father’s cultural degree,mother’s cultural degree.2The family support,management attitude,service time,father’s cultural degree and job title were the effective factors of self-efficacy.3Sense of predict had a direct effect on self-efficacy(0.11);the sense of overload and self-efficacy between the intermediary effect value of 0.0255 in support in the family,accounting for 24.2%(0.1055).Conclusion Among the various factors affect militia perceived stress,support in the family effect is more apparent.Support in the family has a partial intermediating role between the sense of overload and self-efficacy.Which has a complete mediating effect between the sense of control and self-efficacy.更多还原
