【摘要】 目的研究护心胶囊对冠心病患者阿司匹林抵抗的影响。方法根据二磷酸腺苷(adenosine diphosphate,ADP)、花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)作为诱导剂测定的血小板聚集功能,将60例患者随机分为阿司匹林组、护心胶囊组和二者联合治疗组(简称联合组)3组,每组各20例。阿司匹林组在原基础上继续服用常规剂量的阿司匹林,护心胶囊组停用阿司匹林14 d后开始服用护心胶囊,联合组在原常规剂量阿司匹林基础上加护心胶囊,3组在治疗前后检测ADP及AA诱导的血小板聚集率。结果治疗30 d后,患者血小板聚集率联合组改善最明显,与另外两组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护心胶囊组治疗后改善情况不及联合组,与阿司匹林组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者在治疗过程中均无不良药物反应及不良临床事件发生。结论护心胶囊与阿司匹林联合用药能安全有效地改善冠心病患者阿司匹林抵抗,降低血小板聚集率,单独用药时疗效不低于常规阿司匹林治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical utility of Huxin capsule on patients of coronary heart disease(CHD)and research the aspirin resistance(AR).Methods According to the average platelet aggregation rates induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and arachidonic acid(AA),60 patients of CHD were selected and randomly divided into aspirin group,Huxin capsule group and the combined medication group,with20 patients in each group.Patients in the first group were administrated aspirin as before,the second group were administrated with Huxin capsule after 14 days of aspirin withdrawal,and the third group were administered with Huxin capsule in combination with aspirin.The average platelet aggregation rates induced by ADP and AA before and after the scheduled treatment were tested.Results After 30 days of treatment,the average platelet aggregation rates were declined both in the combined and Huxin capsule group,relatively obvious in the combined group;the outcomes of the Huxin capsule group turned out to be no worse than those of the aspirin ones.No side effects and bad clinical events happened during the treatment course.Conclusion Combined with aspirin,Huxin capsule helps to decline the average platelet aggregation rates and relieve aspirin resistance safely and effectively.The therapeutic effects are no worse than normal aspirin treatment when used alone.更多还原
