【摘要】 近年来,皖北文化产业格局初步形成,产业项目积极推进,塑造了系列文化精品。尚存在皖北各市文化产业发展水平和高度都较低,集约化程度不高,高层次人才缺乏,项目储备不足,体制和机制需要进一步提升等问题。为此,加快项目谋划,推动经济转型发展;深挖地方特色资源,推进地方特色文化产业发展;推进文化与相关产业融合发展,带动文化产业的转型升级;做好旅游综合规划,整合皖北文化旅游资源和旅游路线;坚持文化产业与文化事业的协调推进,促进两者的融合发展;落实相关政策支持,优化文化产业发展环境,显得犹为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,north Anhui cultural industry has begun to take shape,the cultural industry projects have been actively advanced,and a series of cultural products have been molded. As the development level and the cultural industry height of northern Anhui cities is low,the degree of intensification is not high,and there still exists the lack of high- level talents and insufficiency of project reserve,the system and mechanism need to be further promoted. Therefore,northern Anhui municipalities need to accelerate the project design,to advance the development of economic transformation,to dig into the local cultural resources; to advance local cultural industry; to advance the integrated development of culture and relevant industries to promote the upgrading transformation of cultural industry; to make good comprehensive design of tourism and integrate north Anhui cultural tourism resources and routes; to adhere to the adjusted advancement of cultural industry and cultural causes to promote their integrated development and to implement concerning policy support and optimize the development environment of cultural industry.更多还原
