【摘要】 目的探讨食管支架置入术治疗晚期食管贲门癌的临床效果。方法 54例晚期食管贲门癌患者在胃镜下行食管支架置入术。结果 54例食管支架均一次置入成功,所有患者吞咽困难明显缓解,未发生食管穿孔、大出血等严重并发症。结论食管支架置入术操作简单、安全性高、并发症少、疗效显著,是治疗晚期食管贲门癌的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of esophageal sent in the treatment of advanced esophageal and cardiac carcinoma. Methods Fifty-four patients with advanced esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were treated by esophageal sent. Results All the sents were successfully placed in the 54 patients. Dysphagia of all the patients was significantly improved. No serious complications including esophageal perforation and bleeding were observed. Conclusion Esophageal sent implantation is a safe,efficient,non-invasive method in the treatment of advanced esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.更多还原
