【摘要】 目的观察延伸护理对提高脑卒中患者日常活动能力的作用,探索适合我国国情的脑卒中患者护理模式。方法选取我院2013-01~2013-12间出院的脑卒中患者66例,采用数字表法将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组33例仅接受门诊随访,观察组33例给予延伸护理。出院时和6个月后采用Barthel指数量表(BI)评价日常活动能力。结果 6个月后观察组33例患者日常生活能力中修饰、洗澡、进食、穿衣、用厕、上下楼梯、行走/轮椅7项目评分和总评分较出院时明显提高,提高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论我国医疗资源紧张,脑卒中患者住院康复治疗时间有限,而延伸护理是医院康复治疗的重要补充,对提高脑卒中患者日常生活能力效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the extended nursing care function of daily activities of cerebral apoplexy patients,and to explore the nursing model of cerebral apoplexy patients which was suitable for Chinese national condition. Methods Selecting 66 discharged patients with cerebral apoplexy in the hospital from January,2013 to December,2013,and randomly dividing them into two groups. 33 patients in the control group received only outpatient follow- up,and 33 cases received extended nursing. When discharge and after 6 months,Barthel index scale( BI) was used to evaluate the ability of perform everyday activities. Results After 6 months of observation on modified,bathing,eating,dressing,using the toilet,walking up and down stairs,walk / wheelchair project score and total score of 33 patients,the total score significantly increased,which increases significantly greater than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion China’s medical resources are not enough,stroke patients’ rehabilitation time is limited,and extended care hospital rehabilitation therapy is an important supplement to improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients effectively.更多还原
