【摘要】 目的研究集束化护理在肝癌患者经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选取2012-10~2014-07间收入我院的肝癌TACE患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行护理,观察组采用常规护理方式及集束化护理方法进行疼痛管理,并对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果与对照组相比,术后观察组的NRS(数字疼痛评分法)疼痛评分显著降低(P<0.05),生活质量显著提高(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可以有效缓解经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的肝癌患者术后疼痛,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of cluster- based care application in the management of postoperative TACE patients.Methods 60 TACE patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given usual care,while the experimental group was given cluster nursing pain management. Nursing effects of two groups were evaluated. Results The real experience postoperative pain score in the experimental group was significantly decreased comparing with the control group( P < 0. 05); the quality of life improved significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The cluster- based care can effectively alleviate suffering from pain after TACE and improve the life quality,which improves the overall quality of nursing care and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
