【摘要】 目的探讨追踪方法学在静脉治疗护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法成立静脉治疗护理质量追踪检查组,针对静脉输液现状调查发现的静脉输液治疗相关问题,如静脉治疗输液多选择钢针、静脉输液相关并发症、导管维护欠佳、贴膜维护欠佳、穿刺部位不正确、敷贴固定不规范等,应用追踪方法学对全院21个护理单元的静脉治疗情况进行个人和系统追踪评价,采取相应对策。结果追踪方法学应用后,医院静脉输液相关并发症、导管维护欠佳、贴膜维护欠佳、穿刺部位不正确、敷贴固定不规范等问题得到显著改善(均P<0.05)。结论运用追踪方法学能有效提高静脉治疗护理质量,保证患者静脉输液治疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of applying tracer methodology in quality control of intravenous therapy.Methods An intravenous therapy quality inspection team was established.Systematic and individual tracking over such problems as over utilization of stainless needles,IV complications,poor maintenance of catheters,and dressings incorrect puancture sites and nonstandard fixation of dressings were run 21 nursing units.Then corresponding countermeasures were adopted.Results After the intervention,significant improvement was observed in complications related to intravenous infusion,poor catheter maintenance,poor dressing maintenance,incorrect puncture sites and nonstandard fixation of dressings(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Tacer methodology can be used to improve the quality of intravenous therapy effectively and guarantee the safety of intravenous infusion.更多还原
