【摘要】 目的探讨手部按摩对养老院轻中度痴呆症老人激越行为的干预效果。方法将养老院56例有激越行为的轻中度痴呆症老人采用计算机软件随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=26),对照组接受常规养老院护理,观察组在常规养老院护理基础上进行为期14d的手部按摩,每天20min。使用CMAI激越行为量表测量老人激越行为出现频率。结果干预后观察组CMAI激越行为评分由(46.54±8.06)下降至(39.31±7.56),两组CMAI激越行为总分及躯体攻击行为维度得分的干预效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后观察组踱步和漫无目的游走、不适当的穿脱衣服、吐口水、咒骂或语言攻击条目的改善有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对养老院轻中度痴呆症老人进行手部按摩,能够在短期内有效降低整体激越行为出现的频率,且对于躯体攻击行为改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of hand massage on mild to moderate demented elderly adults with agitated behaviors.Methods Totally 56 mild to moderate demented elderly residents in nursing homes with agitated behaviors were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The residents in the control group received standard care in nursing homes,while those in the experimental group were given hand massage 20 minutes per day for 14 days.All the participants′agitation level before and after the intervention was assessed using Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory(CMAI).Results After 14-day intervention,the mean CMAI score of the experimental group decreased from(46.54±8.06)to(39.31±7.56),significant group effect was found in total CMAI score and the dimension score of physical assaults(P<0.05 for both).Significant differences were observed in the experimental group in the incidence of wandering,inappropriately dressing,spitting,cursing and verbal aggression after the intervention(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Hand massage can effectively decrease the overall agitated behaviors in mild to moderate demented residents in nursing homes in a short term.更多还原
