【摘要】 目的探讨间断夹管联合冰敷对全髋关节置换术后切口引流量、疼痛及关节功能评分的影响。方法将60例全髋关节置换术患者随机分为自然引流组、间断夹管组和间断夹管联合冰敷组,各20例。自然引流组术后常规引流48h拔管;间断夹管组术后夹管2h后开放引流10min,交替进行至术后48h;间断夹管联合冰敷组在间断夹管组基础上每天冰敷3次,每次持续1h;于术后12h、24h记录各组患者的切口引流量和疼痛评分,并于出院时记录患者的髋关节Harris评分。结果三组术后12h、24h引流量和疼痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论全髋关节置换术采用间断夹管联合冰敷方法,不仅能减少患者切口的引流量,而且能在早期减轻患者的主观疼痛,促进患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of interrupted clamp drainage and cold compress on drainage volume,pain and joint function for patients after total hip arthroplasty.Method A total of 60 patients after total hip arthroplasty were randomized into three groups,with 20 cases in each group.The natural drainage group received routine draining until pull the tube 48 hafter surgery,the interrupted clamp drainage group was clamped the tube 2hthen drained 10 min,alternated until 48 h,while the interrupted drainage clamp and cold compress group additionally received cold compress 3times every day,lasted 1hper time.Drainage volume and pain were assessed and compared 12 hand 24hafter surgery,the Harris scores were measured and compared when the patients were in discharge.Results Drainage volume and scores of pain among the 3groups were significantly different(P<0.01 for both)at 12 hand 24hafter surgery.ConclusionInterrupted clamp drainage combined with cold compress decreases drainage volume and alleviates pain for patients after total hip arthroplasty,and promotes rehabilitation for patients.更多还原
