【摘要】 目的探讨自我信心及技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者的自我接纳水平、精神症状和社交功能的影响。方法将100例住院的恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为训练组和对照组各50例,对照组按精神科护理常规进行护理,即每天进行日常生活指导,开展娱乐活动,责任护士定期健康教育等。训练组在常规护理基础上,实施自我信心及技能训练。采用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、护士用简明精神病量表(N-BPRS)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)分别于干预前及干预后进行评定。结果两组SAQ、NBPRS、SSPI评分比较,处理效应、时间效应及交互效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施自我信心及技能训练,能提高患者的自我接纳水平、改善精神症状、增强社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of self-confidence and skills training on self-acceptance level,mental symptoms and social functions of schizophrenia patients during convalescent periods.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized schizophrenia patients during convalescent periods were chosen and randomly divided into an exercise group and a control group,each of 50 cases.The control group was given routine psychiatric nursing care,including daily life guidance every day,carrying out entertainment activities and regular health education by primary nurses,while the training group was additionally given self-confidence and skill training.The two groups were assessed using the Self-acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(nursing modification)(N-BPRS)and Scale of Social Function of Psychosis inpatients(SSPI),before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,there were significant group effect,time effect,and group by time effect in the average scores of SAQ,N-BPRS and SSPI between the two groups(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion For schizophrenia patients during convalescent periods,the self-confidence and skills training can improve their level of self-acceptance,alleviate their mental symptoms and improve their social functions.更多还原
