橡胶粉砂浆作为板底脱空灌浆材料的试验研究

【摘要】 选择橡胶粉砂浆作为灌浆材料来治理水泥混凝土路面板底脱空,研究橡胶粉砂浆的干缩和抗冻性,并确定其的最优配合比。采用正交设计安排配合比试验,设定砂灰比(S/C)、橡胶粉掺量(RP/C)和橡胶粉的目数(MESH)为因素,以灌浆材料拌合物流动度、分层度、12 h抗压强度和14 d水中干缩率为试验指标,选择正交表L4(2~3)进行试验研究。结果表明,橡胶粉砂浆作为灌浆材料在干缩和抗冻性方面性能优越,橡胶砂浆灌浆材料最优配合比为,水泥∶砂∶橡胶粉∶早强减水剂∶膨胀剂∶水=1∶0.28∶0.015(60目)∶0.01∶0.12∶0.45。

【Abstract】 Grouting technology is the treatment repairing void under the cement concrete Slabs. Study the shrinkage and freezeting resistance of rubber mortar as grouting material and determine the optimal proportion. It adopts the orthogonal design to arrange the ratio of grouting material. Set sand cement ratio( S/C),content of rubber powder( RP/C) and rubber powder mesh( MESH) as factors. Use the flowdegree,stratification,12 hours of compressive strength and 14 days dry shrinkage under water as indicators for the test. Select the orthogonal table L4( 2~3) for experimental study.The results showthat rubber mortar is excellent as grouting material in dry shrinkage and frost resistance,and the optimal ratio is cement: sand: rubber powder: early strength water reducer: expansive agent = 0.28∶ 0.015( 60 meshes) ∶ 0.01∶ 0.12∶ 0.45.
