多基复合管用混凝土开裂现象的数值模拟研究
Study of numerical simulation on concrete cracking phenomenon of multi-matrix composite pipe
【摘要】 为避免混凝土开裂和变形过大造成多基复合管的混凝土层和外层预应力玻璃钢及内树脂层脱黏,影响其吊装和正常使用,应用ANSYS对多基复合管在吊装及使用过程中混凝土的开裂现象进行了数值模拟研究,发现所用特定配合比下的混凝土在吊装过程中不会发生因其开裂而导致的管道破坏,在使用过程中其开裂极限外压为315 t/m,开裂极限内水压为1.3 MPa。从而克服了试验的局限性,节省了大量的人力、物力和时间,为多基复合管的吊装及使用提供可靠的参考依据。
【Abstract】 In order to avoid debonding among concrete layer,o uter fiberglass layer and the inner resin layer of multi-matrix composite pipe due to cracking and excessive deformation of concrete layer,affecting its lifting and normal use.Based on numerical simulation of cracking on concrete of multi-matrix composite pipe in the process of lifting and using by ANSYS,found that cracking of concrete does not occur in the process of lifting,but pipeline damages due to concrete cracking in the course of use, the outer limits pressure of its cracking is 315 t/m, the inner limits pressure of its cracking is 1.3 MPa.It overcomes the limitations of the tests, saving a lot of manpower,materials and time,and providing a reference basis for lifting and using of multi-matrix composite pipe.
