【摘要】 目的:探讨不同特征护士对开展优质护理服务以来工作满意度的水平及其影响因素。方法:采用自制问卷调查量表对289名临床护士的工作满意度情况进行调查。结果:不同特征的护士在优质护理服务管理措施、护士的专业发展机会、家庭工作平衡、待遇分配等方面满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院管理者应采取有效措施,提高临床护士的工作满意度及工作积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of nurses to carry out the level of job satisfaction and quality care since factors. Methods: A self-questionnaire on job satisfaction scale case 289 clinical nurses were investigated.
