【摘要】 目的:探讨等级医院评审工作对持续改进护理工作的影响。方法:通过现场带教评审,转变护理观念,树立护理质量持续改进来应对评审常态化理念。结果:通过等级医院评审,提高了护理管理水平,保障了护理安全,搭建了技术平台,优化了工作环境,提高了护理人员综合素质。结论:等级医院的评审工作使护士掌握了以患者为中心的责任制整体护理工作模式的核心要领,夯实基础护理,丰富专业内涵,落实患者安全目标及达标措施;学会运用管理工具,用数据说话使护理质量持续改进,实现护理管理的科学性,建立长效管理机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect on the level of hospital accreditation work of continuous improvement of care work. Methods: Through on-site teaching assessment,transition care concept,quality of care and establish continuous improvement to respond to review the concept of normalization. Results:The level of hospital accreditation,improve the management level of care to protect the safety of care,to build a technology platform to optimize the working environment,improve the overall quality of the nursing staff.
